John Pasmore, CEO & Founder
John Pasmore is the founder of LatimerAI, which launched in January 2024.
Latimer is an inclusive Large Language Model platform built to mitigate bias and populated with data that gives the platform greater cultural fluency around diverse cultures and histories. The business is focused on higher education but continues to do important work in healthcare as well.
Latimer is built as a RAG model, giving its subscribers access to approximately 10 foundation models within its navigation. The platform has also recently added Spanish and Portuguese language options.
Prior to Latimer, John served as co-founder and CEO of VoyageTV, a venture-backed, video-based travel platform that raised $10 million in a Series A round led by Syncom Venture Partners and was later sold to Next 1 Interactive. He also recently served as a partner at the family office TRS Capital and sits on the Board of Directors of Outward Bound USA.
John holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the State University of New York and a B.A. in Computer Science from Columbia University. He is married to Kobi Wu-Pasmore, and they live in New York City with one child.
